n/a I’m streaming via Spotify, Tidal, and Qobuz

Description of Issue

For Tidal and Qobuz in particular (I use these the most), I regularly (daily) seem to run into issues where I get the error message that the service is “Loading Slowly” and then it starts skipping songs, generally just getting to the end of the playlist or current album, and then stopping. Similar behavior does not occur when using Tidal and Qobuz via the BluOS app.

I’m sorry that you joining the community was caused by running into an issue…we would, however, love to help.

I was wondering if, as a test, you could temporarily lower the streaming quality in Settings → Services for both Qobuz and TIDAL. Does the “loading slowly” message still appear?
