Hello, I wanted to try your software twice for a free trial in order to test it and each time it does not launch! My email addresses are: [moderated] I installed ROON on my synology nas. From my phone I can see it clearly. however when I select it and connect with my credentials, it connects but I don't have access to anything! So it's impossible to test it. Do you have a procedure to validate my installation on my synology DS716+ nas and to be able to test your software? Thank you in advance JC CABRERO
It sounds like you might have an issue with access rights. Sadly this is a guess from my side because it is not clear what exactly is your state, “I don’t have access to anything!” can be interpreted in so many different ways. Did you read and follow the installation instructions from the project page and then the installation wizard of the software regarding rights? Please try to clarify the staus of your installation for others.

I hope you upgraded the 2GB RAM on this NAS as 4GB are highly recommended for Roon and more might be needed depending on the size of your music library (and what else the other software running on the NAS needs).
