Roon is delaying 20 seconds to start playing audio

Description of Issue

I’ve been using Roon since 2016.

Since the last update, there is now a 20 second delay before audio starts to play in Roon.

I select a track, Roon indicates it is playing, but the cursor doesn’t move for 20 seconds, and then audio starts to play. This includes: if I manually position the cursor. However once the audio is playing, the next track in the queue plays seamlessly - without 20 second delay.

I’ve restarted Roon, rebooted my PC, and cycled power on my squeezebox. Roon is detecting my squeebox (and my the other Roon-ready end points in my house)

Any help would be appreciated.
