Could you say a little more about what you mean when you say that “Roon is not included in the Tidal account”?

Do you mean that you cannot log in to Tidal from Roon by going to Settings > Services > Tidal?

Try restarting the core then if Tidal login fails again, use the edit option and re-enter the user id and password.
Does the user id & password still work in the Tidal account/app?

Not included in the Tidal account.
Disabled all other applications, rebooted all devices.

There is another account, on another e-mail.

Have you tried your Roon Tidal account login details using the app or web access to prove that they are working correctly?
Also, in the Roon services menu try using edit and re-enter the login information once you have proved it is working correctly.

Sorry you’re right of course, I actually meant Tidal (I must get out of bed earlier & wake up :grin:).

Previously, before update 952 - everything worked …
On 952 Tidal began to take off, on 970 it does not enter.
Updated BIOS, reinstalled ffmpeg kernel and codecs.
Installation with new version 970.

Hi, @Vladimir_Buryachenko, thank you for your posts. I am going to enable remote diagnostics for your Roon Core, so we can gather data about this failure in order to investigate it.

In the meantime, could you, please, tell have you tried to do the following:

  1. Log out of your TIDAL account
  2. Try to log in back again

Yes, of course I tried.
Everything works in the TIDAL application, it does not work in ROON.
And on devices in tablet, phone, apps.

What should I do next?

I have the exact same issues at the moment. Tidal works on all my othter devices. Just not Roon… Works through squeezebox too.

I would recommend:

  1. Logout Tidal in Roon
  2. Reboot ROCK
  3. Wait for a few minutes.
  4. Login again.
  5. (Maybe reboot ROCK again)

Yesterday I had the same issue and I had it from time to time. Algorythm above worked.
But it’s a kind of magic. No guarantee.

So nothing works.
Again, not part of the TIDAL account.
Haven’t received any response from support.
They promised to make a diagnosis - so the miracle did not happen.
What am I paying money for?

Support have your logs, they have only been back at work for one day.
