Description of Issue
roon is not recognizing my Node 2i or Pulse Mini 2i.
Did you enable the devices in the Roon Ready section of the settings in Roon > Settings > Audio?
roon still does not recognize My Node 2i and Pulse Mini 2i.
So were they enabled or not? I guess if not, you enabled them now?
Did they work before or are they new?
How are they connected to the network, wifi or wired? And the iMac?
Do they work with the BlueOS app?
They don’t show up on the audio page of roon. Yes, they worked before. The Mini 2i has been connected via wifi and the Node 2i is connected via ethernet. They still work using TIDAL Connect and the BlueOS app.
Ah, I see. Rebooted everything? There seem to be a few other threads where devices disappeared recently
haven’t rebooted everything yet.
Try, who knows. Else maybe something in there helps for now or gives you ideas what to check until someone from support or someone owning Nodes shows up:
Dell Dell 6700 Precision workstation 1& 32G RAM
Windows 10 Pro 64
I have been using Roon for a several years with no problems. Today while I was palyiong music all my audio devices suddenly disappeared. I have check and my computers all show the audion devices are working. I have updated Roon and cannot ge them back. Please advise.

Hi @Sky-Watsher ,
This only sets your audio devices back to disabled and wipes DSP settings. No database-stored items like plays, favorites, or playlists are affected.
I believe this to be the next logical step. I could ask you to do a fresh install of Roon but am hoping this is all it takes.
Thanks,
Wes
Sometimes this happens after an update. Happened to me yesterday. A simple restart of the core fixed this issue.
Hi @noris -
I am still having this issue and would welcome a deeper diagnostic mode, thank you!
Jon
Hey! After rebooting everything the problem is no longer there. Thanks! I appreciate it!
