Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I activated diagnostics on your account and in your logs I could see Roon having trouble identifying these Friedhelm Flamme - Michael Praetorius u. a. - Complete Organ Works albums . Are all the new albums that Roon isn’t recognizing from this, I’m assuming, box set?

Hi Daniel, there was indeed something wrong with those files. I have deleted them and replaced by working flacs. How can I restart Roon. It’s still hanging.

Are you able to access the Web Admin page for your ROCK? You should be able to restart from there.
