Roon is not responding (ref#JX7S9M)

· Logging out and back in had no impact, the issue remains

What are the make and model of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?

· Cambridge CXN streamer, Naim Uniti... none of the devices are playing

Wired Mac and audio devices. Everything was working fine until yesterday.

Fellow user… some quick questions.

  1. Is there an error message or other pop up that appears.

  2. If you select the Mac that Roon is running on, can you play through its speakers?

  3. Do local files play to the Cambridge CXN streamer, Naim Uniti?

Thanks for writing in to us about this issue. I addition to @Rugby’s questions can you also provide us with the date and time of a recent time when Roon stopped responding. That information will help us find the issue in our diagnostics.

Ok, I rebooted my Mac (should have tried that first) and Roon works again.
