Description Of Issue
All other music is visible except this album.

I have tried all of the suggestions on the help topic on the forum.

I have sent the entire music folder by wetransfer to support@roonlabs.com.

Please advise. Looking forward to your support.

Regards
Subroto Banerjee

I’ve had that happen when an odd album used a format Roon did not support, such as WMA, check the album format against Roon’s supported formats.

I have checked this. It is a wav file that plays in other applications except Roon does not recognize the directory, the images or anything else.

Does the folder name start with a “.” or have any special characters in it?

On Unix / Linux based systems the dot indicates it’s hidden.

Hi @Subroto_Banerjee,

Can you please send this album to me via private message?
