Roon is not working on my MacBook Pro

Description of Issue

The app does not respond. All I get is the logo. I deleted the app, downloaded and installed it again with the same result. I have restarted my Mac and BT-Hub. I have no connection issues and the C-658 is connecting to Tidal etc. via my iPad without issue.

Hi @Ian_Mills, sorry for the trouble here! Can you please try this:

  • Exit out of Roon/Roon Server
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location - Database\Registry\Core
  • Locate your tidal_account file and delete it
  • Try to start Roon again
