Roon is not working

Roon is out of order since today. Doesn’t play Tidal and no Music from my NAS. Rebooting Nucleus was not succsessful. Startet update. Now lost completet contact to Nucleus.

I’d suggest you try rebooting everything, including your network (router, switches, etc). If that doesn’t work post a support request here.

Nucleus is still updating/reinstalling. How long needs this operation usually? So no connection to remote possible. Shall I disconnect the Nucleus main power. What can happen?

If it’s still updating I’d suggest leaving it for a while. I don’t know how long it should take, but if it doesn’t finish reasonably soon I’d suggest you contact support.
