I have 4 Bluesound endpoints and a Uniti Atom endpoint. The music stops on all of them at the same time.
I have 927 ripped CDs on the Roon Nucleus +
This issue started yesterday. While playing music playback would stop. Hitting play did nothing unless I did it a few times. I have rebooted the Nucleus + (which is pretty new, purchased direct from you).
I have not power cycled the Nucleus + but may try that, I did get an update from you last night, but the problem had started before then and the update did not fix it.
Are you playing to all of these devices in a group? If you play to these devices individually does the same problem happen? What if you play to System Output of a remote?
Are you only using local content, or are you also using TIDAL/Qobuz?
I’m playing just local content for now. Had two devices playing in a group. Will disconnect one and see what happens. Very strange. I also note that usually when I press play music starts instantly. Since this problem occurred it can take up to 5-10 seconds for music to start. I’ll play one device for now and see what happens… I did power cycle the Nucleus + but that made no difference. Problem persists. Playing one device now to see what happens. Rebooted the other Bluesound device that was grouped.
Re-booted Bluesound device in living room and things have been good for more than an hour. Not sure what it was doing that brought the system down, but all seems well. thanks for the suggestions.
