I typed Mary Chaplin Carpenter in search and searching circle has not stopped. On my computer, iPhone, and iPad, if I try to go back or press play or do anything the site quits. So I can’t access anything. I’ve turned everything off, tried to hard boot it. I’m flummoxed. Any thoughts?
Doesn’t help but that search text works fine for me .
Search is based in Roon’s cloud service so it may be a bad connection to the cloud
Try a total restart , close everything including the Modem and Router , wait a minute then restart everything in order waiting until each component has started before moving on (“Cold Restart”). Don’t start Roon until you have a positive internet connection , red light or whatever.
I have this issue daily (I restart everything every day) where the network startup is much slower than the Roon start up so that the network isn’t available when the startup routines need it.
My first job is coffee , the second is to restart the Roon Server software
