Already uninstall and reinstall many times. Roon core is intel NUC running ROCK. iPad , iPhone and Android phone work well as roon remote, only my laptop cannot use Roon. Already copy log file but do not know how to upload it
Thanks for writing in and sharing your report! Sorry to hear about your issues with your Roon remote running on Windows. Let’s see if refreshing your Roon database (a bit differen than a uninsatll/reinstall) helps:
Thanks for giving that a try. Can you please access the Roon_old/Logs & Roon/Logs folder, and upload the logs contained in those folders to our Logs Uploader (linked below), and let us know once uploaded?
Also, I noticed your date format is strange, are you using a Thai / nonstandard calendar? I wonder if this could be part of the cause, if you are willing to switch formats as a test and the crashes stop, it would be interesting to note. If switching the format fixes the issue, please still send the logs as it would help us debug this further. Thanks!
Can you please share a screenshot of the RoonOS WebUIhere? Make sure the screenshot includes the networking subsection.
We’ve been able to request diagnostic logging from your Roon Server instance, dated from 2/10. We don’t see crashes but we do see RoonOS experiencing repeated timeouts and handshake errors while it attempts to reach upstream services and local devices. This can certainly cause the symptoms you’ve reported on your Roon desktop remote.
We do not see a Windows 11 machine, however, in account diagnostics. For us to investigate from here, please kindly complete the steps @noris has shared above to upload Remote logs (within the Roon folder, not RoonServer) to our secure servers.
