Description of Issue

Audio end point disappears mid song while playing. IP still showing on Direct Stream, however Direct Stream not available on Roon App. Need to reboot Direct Stream and then restart Roon app (running on MacBook Air) a few times and the audio system reappears.

Some many of your customers are having this problem I would really appreciate a sharing of what your tech staff know about this issue. Best I can tell it is a significant problem with Roon software and its network related software. I mean it is all over the web and seems to be an on going problem. Thanks for your help.

I was wondering if you could double check and see if the PS Audio DirectStream is on the latest firmware update.
