Describe your network setup

Thank you for your post. Diagnostics show a RoonServer instance installed alongside the GUI (Roon) on your MacOS machine. Are you still intending to use your NAS as a server?
When you say Roon is “rebooting,” do you mean that Roon is crashing?
If you have RoonServer running on this machine as well, do you see the server restarting in the Menu Bar?
Thanks for the update! Could you please bring your mac Roon remote back online? We’ll enable diagnostics to take a closer look there.
In the meantime, do you have a saved backup that predates the issues you’er having? I’d be curious to see if that changes any of your behavior. Feel free to make a new backup of your current database just to be safe.
If you navigate to Roon Settings>Audio do you see the endpoint you’re hoping to connect? If not, how is the device connected? Can you get a hard-wired ethernet cable connected to your primary router, temporarily? This may help with device discovery.
It’s a little unclear where you are hosting files and where you are hosting RoonServer. Our diagnostics show an active Linux RoonServer, as well as a RoonServer hosted on a Mac.
Is your server located alongside the Roon GUI on your Mac in an all-in-one setup?
If so, do you see the server crashing alongside Roon (the Roon icon would disappear from the menu bar if you don’t see a crash report).
