Roon keeps shutting off when played remotely through airpad2

LUMIN T2 music server. Remote is Apple AirPad 2 running 15.1 software

Description of Issue

Every track I play through Qobuz stops playing within 15 seconds. Also does it when using my phone Galaxy S10 as a remote.

Make sure your latest Qobuz payment is valid, not expired.

In Roon, logout from Qobuz.

Reboot your Windows 10.

Restart Roon, then relogin to Qobuz.
