Roon Library Backup on iMac USB drive

Hi, I have the latest Roon Core on an Innuos ZENmini S MK 3 and it is working fine.

I wanted to backup the library to an external disk on my iMac. Roon found the HD, but shoed
an error loading folder. I cannot delete the external HD anymore …

How can I delete the HD and try it with another external HD ?

Hi @reinhard_loessner,

Is this external hard drive NTFS format by chance? If so, please try reformatting to exFAT and trying to mount it again.
