Describe the issue
After updating from Mac OS 15.3.1 to 15.3.2, my Roon application keeps saying "There was an issue loading your library".
I've gone through the steps to re-install Roon/RoonServer via the Help Center link and to create a new Roon server. I can redirect Roon to my Music Library to rescan the library. However, when I restore my last backup from earlier today, I can Roon successfully only once. My next step is usually to change to the Dark Theme, which requires a quit/restart of Roon. At that time, I run into the same issue.
Restarts of my Mac laptop (MBP, M1, 2020) results in the same issue recurring.
If I re-do the steps to re-install Roon, the same sequence of events repeats.
Note: I have checked that Roon, RoonServer, and Qobuz, are all allowed Local Network access in "Privacy & Security" system settings.
Occasionally, if I wait long enough at the "There was an issue loading your library" Roon error screen, I get a modal pop up reporting a "Fatal Error: Could not create required lock file".
On one of the attempts to go through the re-install sequence, A RoonAppliance diagnostic log was generated in console.
Roon has been fairly stable for me for years. This is the first time in a long time that I've run into a catastrophic error.
Describe your network setup
The MBP that runs Roon/RoonServer is connected wirelessly via a 5 GHz connection with a fixed Wi-Fi address using default connection settings to a TP-Link Archer AX6000 wireless router, which is connected to a Bitdefender Box 2 firewall, which connects to the internet service provider modem. This network has been stable for years.
