I moved and when I tried to log onto Roon it tells me there’s a problem loading my library.

Ben with the support team here, thanks for writing in! I wanted to check in on this thread to see if you were able to get your library properly loaded into your account?
If not, where is your local library usually hosted? On an external drive? If you head into Roon settings>storage, what do you see? If you could pleases share a screenshot of this page, that would be helpful!
It may just be that your local storage folder has been disabled. You may need to edit/refresh the path directory (by clicking the edit button from the three-dot dropdown.) Here is a screenshot of this:
