Out of the blue, Roon stopped playing a live radio station. Nothing has changed in my system.
I get the “Playback was interrupted because a track failed to load”.
I am running a Qnap TS-473 NAS with Roon installed, playing through a Lumin T3 network player.
I have restarted all devices, uninstalled Roon on my android phone, reinstalled and reconnected to the Roon database. I have downloaded, decompressed and moved ffmpeg 8.0 folder into my /bin folder and restarted the NAS. Nothing works so far. I have exhausted Google options.
Thanks in advance

Maybe not related, but that’s not how it’s done. The only thing you need to move to bin is a single binary executable file called ffmpeg and not a whole folder. please provide also a screenshot of the RoonServer app on your QNAP NAS. Example:
Additionally, the ffmpeg 8.0 folder has a million sub-folders and files. I can’t seem to find the file you’re talking about. I’m probably looking in the wrong spot, but I have done a search, and gone through all the folders, so I may have downloaded the wrong package…I got it from here: Download FFmpeg
I downloaded the source code package, because the others were Windows, iOS and Linux packages and I wasn’t sure.
