I’m trialing Roon on my Windows 10 computer but it encounter same error “Network error: please check your Internet connection.” I am sure my network and Internet connection is fine cause this is posted by using same computer.
So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Do you have any active antivirus or firewall on the Core machine?
Can you please try rebooting the Core machine and let us know if there is any change here?
Hi @dylan Thanks! Seems last night (HKT) the app cannot connect to Roonlabs server but I can connect to browse Roonlabs web site. It works now.
