Description of Issue

Hello ! I have installed Roon from your website. When I try to connect , it is asking me to enter my user id and pw again and again meaning that I am unable to log in . I deleted cookies, history but to no avail. It is going in circle. Please could you help me to solve this issue. Many thanks

I had this problem too, rechecked everything and my computer used roon before. Now I’m going back to using it because of Black Friday, but I’m encountering the same problem as in this post.

OK, I’m back to normal but I need to downgrade to the ancient version. Unfortunately, the most modern version doesn’t work.
