Audio Device Dragonfly Red, USB connection

Description Of Issue

Every few seconds Roon looses control of the the audio device. Music stops, No audio device available message at the bottom of the screen, Dragonfly is re-enabled, music plays for a few seconds and the whole process starts again.

This is an intermittent problem. The system can go for days without a hitch, but then starts up again

Hi @Ed_Lyle,

Where is the Dragonfly connected, it it connected to the Dell controller or directly to the SonicTransporter Core?

When this issue occurs, do you other zones continue to work as expected (for example - does “System Output” on the Dell continue to work)?

Thanks for the response Noris.
The Dragonfly is plugged into the USB port of the Dell. I will check the System Output and let you know. I’ll try plugging it into the Sonic Transport as well.
