Roon loses connection, server has to be re-installed

Hi @support,

A preliminary inquiry from @Tony_Devitt, Antipodes. One of our dealers reports the above problem. I asked for the Roon Server logs at the time ot the outage.

In the log I am seeing this error (start of stack trace only as very long) repeating, as well as other errors I have not previously seen:

04/07 01:42:32 Critical: [easyhttp] web exception without response: : System.Net.WebException: Error getting response stream (ReadDone2): ReceiveFailure ---> System.Exception: at System.Net.WebConnection.HandleError (System.Net.WebExceptionStatus st, System.Exception e, System.String where) [0x00000] in <126998f2e5ae42fe95554117eb649feb>:0

Is this something you recognise? If not I will ask the user to raise a support ticket.

Thanks,

Tony
