Hey @David_Mills1,

Thanks for writing in - it’s good to see you on the community again!

We were able to review a fresh diagnostic report from your Roon Server, and observed the playback failures you’ve mentioned. Here are a few next steps in troubleshooting:

  1. Try disabling Exclusive Mode to see if playback starts.
  2. Test out a lower sample rate - do you have issues with lower resolution files?
  3. It looks like the ASIO driver - listed as singxer asio, is being picky. Ensure the ASIO buffer size is set correctly and that no other apps are locking the driver.
  4. Try switching to another output (like WASAPI) as a test.

Lastly, lets see if clearing your Cache may help:

  • Stop RoonServer.
  • Navigate to C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\RoonServer\Cache\
  • Delete the Cache folder.
  • Restart Roon Server and try playing again.

We’ll be on standby for your reply. Thank you! :raised_hands:
