1 faulty hardware D-link switch (lost packets with audio gap in play every now and then but without connection loss)
2 Router Setting causing connection loss on occasion: Multicast Routing needs to be enabled on the ASUS RT AC5300 Router (default is disabled)
Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved! It is odd to have the two separate issues occur at the same time but good thing that we were able to methodically narrow it down!
