Roon Core will lost connection and stop playing back music. Then it resume the connection in about 3 seconds. However I will need to push the play button on the iPAD to make it play music again, which is annoying.

Hello @Chorus_Chuang, could you clarify the specs of your core machine? Did you have issues running Roon previously or was it working with this device as the core?

Hi @nuwriy,

Thank you for reply.
In other environment, the Roon Core machine works fine. However, in this environment, it lost connection once in about 4 hours.

Best regards,
Chorus

Hello @Chorus_Chuang, can you please share some information on the specs of the core machine experiencing the issue? IIRC VitOS is usually for Raspberry Pi, which would not be a supported core.

Hi @nuwriy The Core machine is an intel x86 J3160 platform, which is a x86 machine running VitOS.

Hello @Chorus_Chuang, and thanks for the clarification on your core specs. I’d advise trying a different core as the one mentioned doesn’t meet our system requirements for a core.
