I installed Roon on Wednesday and set it up. I added my library, Tidal I nternet radio etc. Roon found my streamer ansd it started playing and all was well.
Yesyerday there was no problem.
Today I open roon up and the audio zone gas disappeared and I have no idea how to set it up again.

Since my last post. I did the following I quit the roon app and rebooted my mac but when I tried to open it I got the message that the Roon server was not running, clicked “start the server” nothing happened.
I’m using the following -
2017 Imac
Processor 3,6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
OS Ventura 13.6
16 GB Ram
Auralic Aries G1 Streamer.
Wi Fi
Orange Livebox 330
Is there anything else you need?
I’m not using a VPN

Check section 2 of this post to see if that helps. Thanks.
Ok I’ve the opened roon icon in the top menu bar and it reads that the Roon server is running. I clicked on find another server and it opened up a window with two choices.
1 Find my roon server(Nucleus Rock)
2 Set up your server on this mac.
I chose the former and it is still searching.
Please advise me.
Option 1 is wrong - because you don’t have either a Nucleus or a ROCK/NUC system on your home network.
You should choose “Set up your server on this Mac”- because that is where your Roon Server is running.
Now, when you connect with it, it should have all the database content and settings from before.
Ok I’ve chosen option 2 and it eventually returns to the window your roon server is not running, so no progress there. Will the latest version of roon run on OS Ventura 13.6?
I’m not a Mac user, so I’m not sure, but I think so.
I’m afraid we’re going to have to wait for the Support team to respond on your issue.
Ok Thanks.
I was told that i would be contacted by one of your technical support team, that was several hours ago. How long am i expected to wait?bearing in mind i"m into my 14 day free trial period.?
Just to remind you Roon was working fine yesterday today not at all.
You are in Roon’s support queue, but it may take a day or a few days as they work through it. They do not work on the weekends, so it is likely they will contact you next week.
Thank you that’s all I need toknow
