Roon lost control of HQPlayer

My Roon Core and and HQPlayer Desktop installed in one same Win10 machine.

When I play music to HQPlayer, it can be run for 2 tracks, then it stop running.
Also at the track time bar, it show nothing, always show at the begining position.

Also, have you tried rebooting your Roon Core (turn off, unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in and power on)?
