Description Of Issue

I was listening to a track on the Ruark speakers and decided to go to another room to continue listening. I quit Roon without pausing the track and went downstairs to listen via the Devialet using my iPad to control this. this error arose and is present no matter what I try to play. Help!

Hi John,

Did you restart Roon on the iMac and see if that helps?

If that doesn’t help, connect to the Nucleus Web Interface and Restart Roon Server.

Cheers, Greg

Hi @John_A_Birch,

I would second the suggestion of the Nucleus and/or iMac reboot, can you please give that a try?
Is the Devialet the only device impacted by this issue, do the other zones still work as expected?

Restarting the Roon Server fixed the problem. Many thanks.
