Not 100% sure what you mean. I have coursed through all the options under Settings. Nothing jumps out. I have restarted my my Roon Rock and Apps on various devices. The alert remains
Click on About and the software version is revealed…
That’s all I did and it cleared.
Same problem here. Neither Roon software restart nor MAC reboot does help

We’ve found that this error typically occurs when there is something blocking the connection to our servers from the Core machine. This could be firewall, antivirus, VPN, or even a VOIP system. Do you have anything like that in your setup? Can you describe your Core and networking setup so we can better understand the problem?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction Dylan.
I had the gateway Roon Rock pointing to an internal server, I changed the gateway IP to point to my router, rebooted the Rock and it seems to be fine now. The only recent change was adding a Tidal subscription.
