Roon Nucleus+

Connected via Ethernet directly to router which is a virgin media hub 3 cable router.

I’m wondering why the metadata improver has had a message stating that the improver is having trouble

“verifying your connection with our servers so metadata has been paused”

… other than this message Roon is working fine. All music/artists/etc showing fine and no problems playing tracks . Only spotted this but it could have been happening for ages as not really noticed it before.

Carl, the update and reboot has fixed the issue, must be one of the quickest support solutions and resolution on the forum. thanks top job. :grinning:
