Roon metadata issues

Hi! Now I’m having a metadata issue. Roon seems doesn’t recognize my Qobuz and Tidal account anymore with an error loading page network and I have an error with Metadata Improver: Paused. I have the latest version and the internet connection is ok. Roon seems doesn’t recognize my account. The only thing I could do is to have access to the library

Looks like it’s back. Anyone having the same problem again?

Having same problem. Restarted core but problem wasn’t fixed. Then logged out of my Roon Remote app on my OnePlus 7 pro and now can’t login in. Seems like even the android app is glitched and unstable.

Edit: Got fixed, thankfully! No reason why tho…
I suppose the glitch might still be there. Hopefully it gets fixed once and for all.

We’re sorry you experienced this issue. Occasionally we encounter server sync issues with our streaming partners. These are typically short lived.

Generally we recommend rebooting your Roon Core and router as a start when this occurs.

If that doesn’t work, please try going to Settings>Services>Tidal or Qobuz, log out of the service. Restart your Core. Then log back in.

If neither of these steps help feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to jump in and help.
