Roon not adding items to my library

Roon times out adding items from Tidal. It used to work. Now it says it will try in background, but it never gets it added.

Google Nest router
Netgear switch

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

try logging out and in of tidal in Roon, Settings, Services.

Hi @Thomas_Martin1,

I would try logging out and back into TIDAL as @ged_hickman1 mentioned, and possibly also try restarting your Nucleus and networking gear. Can you please give that a try and let us know if it helps?
