Next time the scan gets stuck, use the directions found here on your core and send us over a set of logs using this link. Please also provide a timestamp (your local time) when you notice its stuck again. Let me know when you’ve had a chance to upload those logs and I’ll take a look!
Hello @nick_sennett, thanks for your patience while me and the team research the issue. We took a look at the diagnostic report and it would seem that the best course of action is to try running Roon as root and see if this produces better results. Please let us know!
