Roon not connecting: (Innous ZENith mk3) ”Remote connection, waiting for remote core=😡!

Acknowledged.
Working.
Standby, please.

Still making slow progress.
Have new password.
Your link kicked me out of
Community support.
Glad new password got me back to
Comm. support, but was on generic homepage
and lost again.
Thanks to Marian’s lesson about “@“ , used that
To bread crumb here.
Going to Roon gave me this screen.
Awaiting your instructions.

Follow the instructions on the screen and click “Go back”.

Dear Bill,
Took your advice.
It required another email and password login.
Did that.
Got this again.
Flummoxed!

Personally I figure that you’re logged into the zenith still with your old password and need to click Unauthorize and re-login with your new password, and that’s what I would do if I were you, but it’s up to you

Dear Suedkiez and all,

Just feeling very shaky right now.
Maybe after effects from am doctors visit (and a little stress).
Going to postpone this stuff until tomorrow with a clearer head.
Powering down.
Thanks everybody.

G’morning,
YESTERDAY: Lucy held the football for Charlie Brown
—no connection— (took a while for ’ol Charlie to get back up)

TODAY: Monty Python’s Black Knight is back with only a flesh wound

SUMMARY: I really appreciate you! (truth). So, welcome back to the
“Chit-Chat-Free-Zone” CCFZ (I don’t like sawdust in my Cornflakes either) where only “who you are, where you are, and what you want” is hardfast:

Doug, same as reported, five things as follows:

  1. To connect Innuos device to Roon/Tidal

  2. To reinstate functionality

  3. The briefest explanation of what went wrong in layman’s terms

  4. How to avoid this yearly if away on travel. (IP addresses shift? users, clients, devices, apps, incompatible versions?)

  5. Hope you will communicate my Pollyanna unicorn wish to someone powerful that User Interface UI can be made friendlier.

Shall we get started?

Hey @Douglas_Ebert,

Thanks for the patience here! Yes, there is no need to fear the unauthorized button! As mentioned by @Suedkiez, it seems more to be the case that you’ll need to unauthorize and reauthorize with the new password you’ve made. :+1:

Let me know how things go!

Dear Suedkiez,
Wrapping up software mess. Thanks for involvement.
Most of final details ironed out through personal messaging where I could really focus.
I still have couple outstanding questions for experts (there)
