Roon Not Connecting to Qobuz; Says Login Details Incorrect

I can log in to my Qobuz account direct using the Qobuz website or app, but when I use the same credentials in Roon, I get “Bad user name or password.”

Where’s the problem? How to restore Qobuz to Roon?

Several things to try:

  1. Reboot the Roon Core

  2. Try changing the password

  3. Try changing the DNS in the router to 8.8.8.8 then reboot the Roon Core. (Alternatively, change the OS on which Roon Core runs on to use DNS 8.8.8.8 then restart Roon.)
