Core = Dell with with Windows 10 running Roon 1.6 Build 416 64bit ethernet connection
Launching Roon, it reads my burned to NAS library but recently fails to connect to Tidal. I reset core, signed back in to Tidal but under Services it says i’m signed in but it just keeps spinning. Any guidance is appreciated.
Often times a reboot of the Core will resolve this type of issue. Can you give that a try and let us know if that helps?
By reboot i assume you mean disconnect from my PC (which I’m using as core)? I’ve done this several times to no avail.
Next, can you please try the following:
- Close Roon
- Find and open your Roon database
- Navigate to
- Move the contents of the
/Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
- Try rebooting your Core and restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
