Roon not following track listing on Mac

macOS Mojave version 10.14.5, routine updates

mac serves as Roon Core, using Bluesound Node 2i as server. Latest update

mac uses time capsule as wifi, to the Bluesound, to Bryston DAC then to Luxman preamp and Bryston amps.

Since the latest update of mac, and switching over to new wifi service, Roon is not only slow on the startup (but there are other demands on wifi) but for some reason the track listing/following is not proper. If I play a single track, no issue (but is slow to start). However, if I select “Play from here down” it does not follow in order, and often jumps around the album. I have no idea why, I don’t use radio, shuffle etc…
Reboots seem to help, then it doesn’t. Funny enough, high res downloads of albums seem to start faster and not have this issue.

I’m not sure but if you look under Settings, Play Actions, Albums, do you have shuffle turned on?

Hi @Peter_John_Leeds,

I would double check to make sure that the shuffle button is not highlighted blue in the queue screen, as this would indicate that it is on:

Does toggling that help resolve the issue?
