My computer shut down three times in a row when opening I tunes. Finally got computer to stay on and I tunes library is empty and Roon will not load. When I go to open it it seems as if going to open but the Roon icon keeps spinning and does not open. It opens when I switch to test user but that is far from a fix-i deleted Roon and reloaded and same issue. I reloaded I tunes and ok there now i need to get Roon working again-can this get escalated for some help?
Hey @gary4264 – sorry for the trouble here. I want to make sure I understand the issue here, then we can point you in the right direction.
Is your goal to see your iTunes library in Roon? Is iTunes working properly now? Is Roon set up to watch your iTunes library?
Can you explain in a little more detail what you did here? If you were trying to do a fresh install of Roon, you would want to follow these steps, so let me know if you did that, or something different.
