Roon not loading music library from NAS - HELP AGAIN!

Was working perfectly for some time. Now when I try to load the library, Roon sees the NAS and the file directory but the music does not show up in Roon… everything else is working. This once again this is a bit frustrating.

same problem with my QNAP TVS 473e. Please help us.

I updated the QNAP to QTS 5.0.0.1858. I uninstalled ROONSERVER and installed with a new path for the ROON database data. I am using net path for music storage and now it works.
