Roon not loading or playing Tidal

iMac3.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4. Mac OS Catalina 10.15.3, Roon version 1.7

Overview page not loading/showing, Tidal not playing via Roon although some library albums showing and playlists. Same problem on iMac and iPad as controllers. Tidal can be played on its native app but not via Roon

*Network Details - Apple Time Machine router, iMac connected via ethernet
**Endpoint is Sonore UltraRendu into Devialet D Premier via HiFace USB/Coax converter **
