Description of Issue
Via Roon, I login to Qobuz and Tidal. As of a couple days ago, my Qobuz login ceased working; the Tidal login continues to work. I’ve turned all things on/off; logged out and logged in; etc. Still not working. I’ve confirmed my Roon and Qobuz accounts are active.
Is this a known problem?
Have you restarted your Roon Core machine?
This has helped quite a few who have been having similar issues lately.
Also ensure inside of Roon you are logging into Qobuz using your email address and not a username.
Qobuz have made changes recently to this login requirements for third party vendors.
