Roon not recognizing all drives on Melco server (ref#GJXRHL)

I had a functioning library which accessed three drives on a Melco server: internal drive, expansion and expansion2. The Melco drive says all three are connected, but Roon only sees the internal drive and on of the other top drives. If I switch the external connections, Roon just renames the original drive and ignores the other drive. Can you help? I just want to recover my library,

Thank you for your post. Can you please share a screenshot of your Roon Settings → Storage page?

Diagnostics associated with your account can confirm that RoonServer can see Expansion2 and Expansion as network shares, but the path appears empty.

I am managed to resolve this. It seems the Melco wasn’t allowing access to the missing drive. All are now visible.
