Hey @JoMe,

Thanks for taking the time to write in - it’s good to see you on the community again! If you haven’t, I’d reboot both your DSM, as well as your Roon Server and router.

If your issues persist, let’s refresh your RAATServer database and see if that helps.

You can generate a new RAATServer instance on your device by following these instructions, but please be aware that this will reset your Roon Settings → Audio Tab to factory settings and I would advise making a backup of any custom DSP settings you have:

  • Create a Backup of your current Roon database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “RAATServer”
  • Rename the “RAATServer” folder to “RAATServer_old”
  • Restart the Roon App to generate a new RAATServer folder

Thank you!

I am a Roon user since v1.8 so it was working for months and years without a hassle.
From the three images I uploaded it only one is shown here, please optimize that pesky “Get Help” process.

Hi Benjamin
With what software I am supposed to do what you are suggesting:

Only having an Ipad and Innuos Zen mk3 as Server.
Thanks

Hi @JoMe,

Just to clarify, this is the original Selekt DSM Classic (2018-2022 series)?

What is the current Davaar firmware version you’re running on the Linn?

The Linn is reaching RoonServer in device announcements in logs - if it’s failing to populate under Roon Ready in your Roon Settings → Audio tab, then the handshake is likely failing to complete. We’ve pulled logs to investigate more closely.

Please try powering the Linn on/off without unplugging it from the ethernet connection - we’d like to gather another device announcement from logs.

Thank you!

Hello Connor
Yes it’s a Selekt DSM Classic (2018) with Utopik and Organik upgrades.
I checked that the Linn is the same Subnet.
As I do updates, it’s the latest Darvaar version: Firmware: 4.110.556

I don’t know what you did, but the DSM is reappearing in Audiozones.
So the problem seems solved.
Many Thanks

Hello @JoMe ,

We haven’t done anything specific on our end, but glad to hear that the device is now properly showing up as expected! Hopefully, the issue remains solved moving forward, but if you have any further difficulties, please just let us know!
