· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices
Describe the issue
I opened the storage cover to look for a second drive location. Not seeing any place to install a second SSD I closed up the cover. I could connect to the server but ROON no longer recognized the SSD. ROON recognized 41 albums when there had been over 1,100 before.
The One only has space for a single storage drive which I assume you have already installed. I would double check that you didn’t loosen the drive cable.
If you had a damaged cable, then you would still be able to access the Web Administration Interface of your Nucleus One. Are you saying that you cannot access this screen?
As both @Suedkiez and @Rugby have mentioned, where does your local library typically live?
It looks like your Nucleus is still synced to your Tidal account, and the 41 albums are from your Tidal account.
In the meantime, I’d also safely stop Roon Server from running on the Nucleus, and then reboot both the Nucleus as well as your router? Can you set up a direct ethernet connection from your Nucleus directly to your router?
My library is stored on my SSD drive which is not now available. I have rebooted my Roon server several times, also my router. I have connected via usb a backup drive with 900 albums. Roon does not recognize the music files. I will move the internal ssd to an external holder and connect via usb to roon.
