Can you try reinstalling the app and rebooting your device? Any change after doing so?

Done that reboot & reinstall.
I have a new Innuos Zen 3 as a server/streamer.
Read all their info as well as Roon 2-3 times.
Trying to use Qobuz as a service. Innuos shut down til 1/04.
Can include photos but no way I see to upload.

How do I open a Roon App on my MacBook Air?

After signing in all I see are 3 tabs-account/Password/Payment

Hi @jeff_kalina,

In the previous screenshot it looks as if RoonServer might not have been running.
