Describe the issue

I´m running Roon on a Mac Book Pro 2010, I5, 8GB, 4TB ssd Samsung. My hard drive broke down (Samsung EVO 4TB ssd) so I installed e new. After installing new the hard drive I connected my back up drive and started my timecapsule. Everything looked OK all music files is back and everything else. But Roon won´t start up. It looks like it´s loading, But the Icon is just there in th middle of th display pumping and nothing else happens. Can´t get any connetion with the program? What to do.

Describe your network setup

Router Telia wifi router F@st 5370 e, Sagencom. Extenders ASUS Lyra, But I can and have had the mac connected with wire direct in to the router.

Hi @CHRISTER_HELLBERG,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Sometimes using time machine as a way to restore Roon can cause problems. If you have a backup made through Roon from your previous install you can delete you current Roon installation then reinstall it from the website and then restore your backup through Roon. Please let us know if this fixes the problem for you.

Christer
