Roon does not see new Tidal albums

Our “New Music Friday” build failed last night due to an infrastructure issue. This is very unusual and we’re investigating why. We’ve re-started it and the ETA is currently around 8pm UTC today, as long as there are no more issues. It does appear that we’re not getting as much advance metadata from TIDAL as we used to. We’re investigating that too. It might be a policy change on TIDAL’s or the labels’ part. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
