Hi, I am now 5 days into my free trial and cannot see Roon interface (homepage?) on either of my iPad’s (one is only 7 weeks old, the other two years with plenty of space available). I have tried several attempts, via laptop which I use as the Core, but won’t connect to iPad.
I have also set-up my Innuos Zen Mini (plenty of capacity) as a Core, the iPad recognises this, but again I cannot control Roon via an Apple device.
This needs rectified asap, as there is a) no way I’m going to sign up without this feature, b) I’m not getting any value from my trial?
You should link this issue to the support section of this forum. Down here under „unspecified“ it will just get lost.
Also many of these issues are network related, so you should provide further details of your network setup as only this would enable @support to suggest a solution.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
